Senior Personnel Coordinator – Perth Offshore Roster 12-Month Initial Contract | Major Offshore Construction Project TSS Group is supporting a Tier 1 energy and resources business in delivering a major construction and commissioning project. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Personnel Coordinator to join the team, managing all aspects of domestic and international mobilisation across the life of the project. This is a dual-role working both from the Perth office and offshore (95% offshore) on a 3:3 roster (22 days on / 20 days off). You’ll coordinate personnel logistics, travel, compliance, training readiness, and rosters for a multi-disciplinary workforce supporting offshore activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage all mobilisation and travel logistics via the OPMS database Liaise with client travel teams for helo and fixed-wing coordination Ensure assignment letters, visas, and offshore compliance are in place Maintain project rosters, POB data, and daily travel updates Coordinate weekly POB reviews and subcontractor engagement Interface with training and medical teams for offshore readiness Support timesheet processing and maintain accurate records Provide on-call support for weather events or emergency disruptions What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in mobilisation coordination (offshore or remote) Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and subcontractors Knowledge of personnel logistics systems and intermediate Excel Clear communicator with strong organisation and problem-solving skills Exposure to HR/ER processes is advantageous Able to manage competing priorities under pressure Mandatory Offshore Requirements: BOSIET MSIC OWTER medical Escape Chute Ticket Safer Together Medical Contract Details: Location: Offshore WA Duration: 12-month initial contract - highly likely to extend to 18-24 months Rate: $60–$65/hr (office-based) Super Offshore uplift (amount TBC) Roster: 3:3 (22 days on, 20 days off) Start: ASAP
