We're partnering with a fast-growing boutique digital agency looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to help strengthen and lead their paid media function.
This is a senior hands-on role suited to someone confident in their craft — a paid media specialist who can own performance outcomes, contribute to strategy, and support the development of junior team members.
You'll work across a portfolio of ambitious brands while helping shape the agency's paid media approach as the team continues to grow.
The Role
You'll take ownership of paid media strategy and performance across a diverse portfolio of clients including product-based businesses, retail brands and high-growth companies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading paid media strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok
* Structuring and optimising campaigns for sustainable growth
* Managing budget allocation and scaling decisions
* Developing and refining testing frameworks
* Analysing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities
* Supporting and reviewing the work of junior paid specialists
* Participating in client reporting and strategic discussions
This is a hands-on role with strong strategic influence, ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and shaping performance strategy.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in paid media, ideally agency-side
* Strong experience across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads
* Experience managing multi-platform budgets and performance strategy
* Confidence analysing attribution and performance data
* Strong communication skills when discussing results with clients
* A commercially minded approach to performance marketing
* Ability to mentor junior team members without micromanaging
