About the role
We are an established Apple Authorized Service Provider undergoing a strategic transformation into a full-service Managed Service Provider (MSP) – seeking a strong candidate to lead our MSP division. We are seeking a hands-on technical lead to join the team to drive this transition, specifically bridging the gap between our current operations to a proactive, recurring revenue model.
In the initial 2-3 months, this role will focus primarily on internal systems architecture, auditing existing client environments, and implementing a robust MSP toolset. Following this foundational phase, the focus will shift to operational leadership, where you will manage the technical team, lead high-level projects, while supporting growth alongside the General Manager in a customer facing role. You will work closely with leadership that values professionalism, innovation, and integrity.

What we are looking for...
* Experience in solution design and project delivery within an MSP or similar environment is required.
* Exceptional understanding of networking, security, and endpoint management, from scoping and design through to implementation and operations.
* Proven experience in solution design and project delivery in an MSP or similar environment.
* Deep technical experience across Windows, macOS, and cloud (M365 / Azure / Google Workplace, Entra ID).
* Expert-level architectural knowledge of Windows server technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, RDS and Virtualisation.
* Strong understanding of MDM technologies from solution design through to implementation and operations.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills — able to simplify the complex.
* A mindset for continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
* Broad range of certifications highly regarded in particular Apple, Microsoft, Jamf, Sophos.
Employment Requirements
* Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License
* Able to provide police check and obtain a Working with Children Check
