About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team to service client offices on a construction site.
Classification: Level 1
Rate: $32.31 hourly rate, plus other allowances as applicable.
Shifts: Two day shifts on Mondays and Wednesdays, 12-3pm
Location: Verdun, SA
What you'll be doing
* Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrors
* Waste, rubbish, recycling removal
* Vacuum and wash floors, paying particular attention to corners and edges
* Dust areas within cleaning scope
* Replace and replenish provided supplies, eg. toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin liners
* Spot clean walls and other areas as required and remove cobwebs or other unsightly items
* Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate with Manager as needed
What you'll bring
* Have the right to work in Australia, a white card, and willingness to obtain current national police check
* Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous
* Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectively
* High level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and passion for cleanliness
* Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
