Field Visual Merchandiser

As part of Hanesbrands Australasia, Bonds continues to grow its retail footprint with over 100 stores nationwide, and we're looking for a Field Visual Merchandiser to help bring the brand to life in store.
About the Role
Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, the Field Visual Merchandiser plays a key role in delivering consistent, high impact visual standards across the Bonds retail network. This is a hands on, fast paced autonomous role where you'll work closely with store teams and retail leadership to elevate store presentation and support commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and maintain Bonds visual merchandising standards across an allocated store region
* Deliver window, mannequin, fixture and floor presentation in line with VM briefs and marketing calendars
* Conduct regular store visits, walkthroughs and VM reviews, identifying opportunities to improve presentation and sales performance
* Coach, train and mentor store teams on VM principles and store presentation standards
* Lead VM execution for new store openings and special projects
* Partner with State and Area Managers to drive VM compliance and commercial results
* Identify and escalate maintenance, safety and VM related issues
About You
* Experience in Visual Merchandising from a retail store level
* Retail leadership experience (preferable) in a fast paced, high volume apparel environment
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales and sell through data
* Confident communicator who enjoys coaching and influencing store teams
* Highly organised, driven and adaptable in working autonomously
* Creative eye with strong attention to detail
* Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role
