RavMech is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join our team on a rehabilitation project at Roy Hill. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a day shift only, 8:6 FIFO roster while working on modern earth-moving and mining equipment in a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the diagnostics, repair and maintenance of heavy earth-moving equipment, ensuring all machinery is operating safely and efficiently to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy earth-moving equipment
* Maintain fleet reliability and optimise equipment performance
* Identify faults and implement effective repair solutions
* Ensure all work is completed to site safety and quality standards
* Work collaboratively with the site team to meet project deadlines
* Provide technical support and mechanical expertise as required
Skills & Experience
* HR Driver's Licence (required)
* Experience working on Komatsu and Caterpillar equipment (highly regarded)
* Proven background in diesel engine and heavy equipment maintenance, ideally within the mining industry
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
