We are seeking to establish a Pool of Casual Shop Assistants at the WA Museum Boola Bardip for vacancies that may arise within the next 12 months, with the possibility of also Permanent, Fixed-term, Full time, and Part time appointments. About the role The role assists with sales and the successful operation of the WA Museum Boola Bardip shop by providing a high level of customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining shop presentation, and assisting with stock control and shrinkage to enhance the customer experience. The successful applicants will be expected to: · Undertake sales, reconciliation, and stock control including maintaining stock levels. · Maintain good product knowledge, shop presentation, and displays. · Promote a good customer experience for Museum visitors. · Maintain a professional appearance and outlook.
