Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring plant reliability and performance by carrying out preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance, supporting fault investigations, and contributing to projects that improve efficiency and safety. This role is based on site and works a 4 day Monday to Thursday 36.25 hour roster.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Mechanical Trade Certificate and Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering. You should also have a strong understanding of Safe Work Systems, isolations, and plant access procedures. Additionally, hands-on experience with fault finding, plant investigations, and reliability improvements is essential. Familiarity with maintenance planning tools such as SAP or Ellipse is also desirable. Experience in pressure equipment inspection, welding, or non-destructive testing is a plus.
You should be able to manage multiple priorities and respond to complex technical issues. A commitment to mentoring others, working collaboratively, and driving continuous improvement is also required.
