About the Role
* Plan and prepare meals that meet dietary and allergy requirements
* Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
* Support food-related learning experiences with the education team
* Stay up to date with food regulations and nutrition guidelines
* Work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
About You
* Passion for preparing nutritious meals for young children
* Cert III in Commercial Cookery (Cert III in Early Childhood desirable)
* Experience managing a kitchen and catering to dietary needs/allergies
* Knowledge of HACCP and Australian Nutrition Foundation guidelines
* Valid Food Safety and/or Food Handling Certificate
* Strong team player with great communication skills
