Heavy Equipment Mechanic Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on diesel-powered heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
* Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using computerized diagnostic tools and other equipment.
* Conduct engine overhauls, rebuilds, and replacements as needed.
* Inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
* Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
* Maintain accurate and complete service records.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or repair.
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
