About the role
This is a temporary/full-time position working 38 hours per week. This is a 7 month temporary position and will located at Bay & Basin Leisure Centre. Duties
Reporting directly to the Precinct Coordinator - Central, the focus of this position is to:
4. Provide cleaning and property maintenance of Council buildings and assets, including park amenities, playgrounds, outdoor gym equipment, skate parks, rotundas and BBQs or as directed by the Precinct Coordinator.
5. Perform general maintenance, gardening & land care as required.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:
6. Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) and/or 3 years. demonstrated experience in commercial/industrial cleaning.
7. Current National WHS Construction Card (WorkCover).
8. Class C Driver’s Licence (Class MR or LR licence desirable).
9. Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
