Job Summary
Nutrien Ag Solutions is a leading agribusiness in Australia, providing expert advice and services to growers for over 150 years. As a member of our team, you will be working with a national network of over 700 locations, employing the best minds in precision farming services, marketing livestock and wool, agricultural services, water solutions, finance, insurance, merchandise, and real estate.
Responsibilities
* Provide information on environmental and seasonal conditions affecting crop production, perform soil testing, and study factors impacting production to offer informed fertiliser, nutrient, and soil recommendations for improved quality and yield.
* Work collaboratively with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance across a diverse range of horticulture/broadacre cropping.
* Engage and work alongside a team servicing cutting-edge farmers with significant experience partnering with producers.
* Promote productivity, profitability, and sustainability of farming enterprises.
Requirements
* A minimum 2-3 years of experience building successful partnerships with customers, delivering agronomic advice, and services.
* A history of success executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products applicable to those crops.
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
* A driver's licence; a forklift licence would be advantageous.
