We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join a well-established Tier 2 construction company, delivering high-quality Education new-build projects across the Newcastle region.
Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery of education new-build projects valued up to $5 million
Coordinate site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Manage QA, ITPs, and project documentation
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep things on track
Deal with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
Maintain focus on safety, quality, and program delivery
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction of commercial or education new builds, ideally within the $5-10 million range
Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination, and safety requirements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to quality
