Job Description
My Australia Direct Dynamic Solutions Group Pty Ltd Pty Ltd Dynamic Solutions Group Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based rope access company, specialising in building repairs and maintenance including painting, concrete rendering and restoration work. We are a growing company and looking to expand our Sydney team to include qualified trade painters with a minimum of a painting qualification and 2 years’ experience. Duties Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primers prior to coatings application.
Applying protective paint coatings to external structures and infrastructure assets, including work performed at heights using rope access techniques. Sealing cracks, joints and corners using caulking and silicone sealing methods, particularly on exposed building facades to prevent moisture ingress. Undertaking painting works within rail corridor environments, ensuring compliance with safety and access requirements.
Reviewing technical scopes of work and drawings to ensure painting works are completed in accordance with specifications and strict guidelines. Completing required documentation, permits, and safety paperwork, and ensuring work is performed to the required standards. To be successful in this role, you will need: Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (preferable) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a trade painter in the rope access industry and knowledge of the building repair and maintenance industry Rope Access technician certified Work Type: Full time Salary: $78000-100000 Job Publish: 10-02-2026 Job Expire: 12-03-2026
