Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced, local QA/QC Officer for a permanent role in Gladstone. Candidates MUST be local to the Gladstone area.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Review, check, and file material certificates and quality records.
- Assist in reviewing work packs, weld maps, hydro test documents, and MDRs for accuracy and client submission.
- Maintain NDT, hydro test, and PWHT registers, including entering results and saving pressure graphs.
- Update QA registers, maintain ITP and MDR indexes/templates, and manage QA document changes for consistent reporting.
Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.

What you will bring:
- Strong administrative skills with technical and process understanding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within resources, engineering, construction, or maintenance.
- Knowledge of quality systems, audits, and ISO:9001 application.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
