**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Customer Projects Manager, the position is to provide support to Customers by coordinating Sales, Planning & Operations activities for reman components supply & shutdowns.
Your role will see you ensuring all support aspects of a customer shutdown are met. This is not limited to being able to analyse and interpret production outputs and bottlenecks to provide allocation options to orders received, whilst providing exceptional customer service to internal regional support teams. in addition; contributing to continuous improvement and quality assurance activities.

**What we are looking for**:
- Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical attitude would be highly regarded
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional Customer service skills and build strong working relationships
- A Self-Starter with a highly motivated and driven approach to balance the needs of the organisation and the Customer
