Our client is the leading supplier of LPG for residential, commercial, and light industrial customers in Australia and New Zealand.
We currently have a customer service position Located in Newcastle; we are looking for experienced administrative personnel.
**Customer service role** - Newcastle

- Contract/Temp
- $34 - $35 P/H
- 38hrs
- Monday to Friday
**Start date**: immediate start.
**Must provide**:
- Medical test inclusive of a Drug and alcohol. (If successful will be conducted.)
- Police check required.
- 2 contactable work references
- Punctual and reliable
- Previous experience in office administration and have a passion for customer service.
- Collaborative teamwork and the ability to work independently.
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Scheduling experience although not essential - preferable
- Experience in the transport industry
**Additional responsibilities in this role also include but not limited to**:
- establishing accounts, processing customer enquiries, orders, payments and advising customers on usage and delivery
- Supporting the sales teams to ensure customer service expectations are exceeded.
- Responsibility for planning, scheduling, and communicating with drivers to ensure daily deliveries are being met.
- Completing and ensuring all driver paperwork is collected and completed daily.
