We are also strongly focused on supporting older community members, and people with disabilities to live well and remain connected to their communities.
We foster a positive, empowering culture that supports strong leadership, professional growth, and improved outcomes for the people, clients and communities that we serve.
As CEO, you will be passionate about supporting families, their children and individuals to enhance their strengths throughout their lives and will play a pivotal role in advancing FamilyCare's mission. With significant senior leadership experience in a comparable community-focused organisation, you will possess a strong foundation in leadership and management, coupled with the ability to think strategically, advocate effectively, and foster positive relationships.
You will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, with a clear passion for making a difference to the lives of families, children and young people, which will be crucial to your success.
