Ventia's Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team. The Contract Administrator supports commercial compliance, documentation and reporting across maintenance and works delivery. The role plays a key support function, ensuring accurate records, controls and processes are maintained.
You will work closely with project and commercial teams to support efficient and compliant delivery. This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Wendouree office.
Role Responsibilities
* Support contract administration and compliance activities
* Assist with reporting and record management
* Liaise with project and commercial teams
About You
* Experience in contract administration or commercial support roles
* Strong organisational skills
* Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field
* White Card and driver's licence
* Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
* Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
