Focusing on proactive analysis of processes and governance, change management and data accuracy, the role enables informed decision-making for the Operations SLT by integrating insights from various business units including Legal & Regulatory, Network, Customer, and Regional Development.Key responsibilities include proactive performance reporting, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and Operational performance reporting, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivering actionable insights.**A bit about you**The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-level audiences. They would have a strong understanding of how business processes affect performance, bring deep expertise in operational and impact assessments, regulatory frameworks, and performance reporting.Proficient in tools like Power BI, or Tableau, they combine analytical capability with leadership, accountability, and team engagement.
