What you'll be doing
* As a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, ranging from children through to adolescents and adults.
* Implementing evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client-centred care
* Providing education and support to clients, families, and caregivers
* Conducting assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored session plans
* Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practice
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client records
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
* Current certified practising speech pathologist membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* We welcome early-career or experienced professionals
* Clinical skills in assessment, intervention planning, and outcome measurement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
