**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Organize and maintain office files and systems, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events or meetings.
- Provide support to team members and leadership, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field.
- Understanding of NDIS frameworks and standards.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with Google Workspace/Google Drive
