We are looking for an impressive individual to step into a highly valued coordination role at Biggin and Scott Port Melbourne. This is a front of house position with a strong focus on supporting our high performance sales team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, owns their work and thrives in an organised, fast moving environment.

Although you will sit at reception, your core impact is within the sales department. You will help prepare, launch and manage more than 70 sales campaigns per year. You will be trusted, mentored and supported from day one, and no previous real estate experience is required.

About the role

This position blends customer service with project coordination. You will manage the workflow behind every sales campaign, ensuring each property is prepared to a high standard and launched seamlessly.

Property preparation and campaign launch

* Coordinating trades for pre sale improvements including painting, flooring, electrical works, new carpeting and general maintenance
* Liaising with stylists, furniture hire companies and cleaners
* Booking and managing photography, floor plans, videography, copywriting and all online marketing
* Managing deadlines and ensuring campaigns launch on schedule

Sales support throughout the campaign

* Scheduling open homes and private inspections
* Communicating with owners, buyers and trades
* Preparing documents, managing enquiry and ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Supporting agents with weekly reporting, vendor updates and contract processes

Reception and office presence

* Greeting clients and delivering polished and warm customer service
* Answering calls and assisting with general administration
* Maintaining a professional front of house environment

Who you are

You are polished, organised and quick to pick things up. You enjoy managing details, coordinating people and keeping everything running smoothly. You are confident communicating with clients and happy to take ownership of your work.

You may have:

* Reception, hospitality, retail or customer service experience
* Strong administration or coordination skills
* An interest in property, design, sales or project work
