With a strong pipeline of work, Devplex & Broadway Homes are seeking to add a Maintenance Administrator/Admin Assistant to our team. This role is full time and based out of our modern offices in Wangara.
We are a design and construct building company working across a variety of areas within the residential building industry focusing mainly on, medium density housing, bespoke single & two storey custom builds, NDIS/SDA housing and Class 2 apartments.
As part of the Delstrat Group we have a long standing history of innovation and delivery quality residential and commercial construction across Western Australia over the past 30 years.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating maintenance requests and defect rectifications
* Liaising with homeowners, supervisors, and trades
* Scheduling works and following up to ensure timely completion
* Managing maintenance inboxes and phone enquiries all while providing excellent customer service
* Preparing work orders and tracking job progress
* General administrative support as required
* Assisting with reporting and maintaining internal systems
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or customer service role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A confident and professional phone manner
* High attention to detail and strong follow up skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience in the building or construction industry will be highly regarded but not essential
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Only candidates with unrestricted working rights within Australia will be considered.
