Hotel Services Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Hotel Services Manager. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Guest Services departments, including Front Office and Housekeeping. They will also be responsible for determining work requirements and allocating duties to staff members, coordinating activities with other departments and senior managers, maintaining accurate attendance records, and managing staff rosters.
Key responsibilities include enforcing best practice safety regulations, monitoring team performance, and implementing operational improvements. The Hotel Services Manager will also resolve staff grievances, support team wellbeing, and provide a positive and professional work environment.
We are looking for a degree-educated individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in a management role. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position, as is the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
