Job Title: Transformation Expert
This is a mid-senior level contract role that involves delivering organizational change and communications for a fraud detection project. You will collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to lead the planning and execution of transformation activities.
* Deliver organizational change and communications for a fraud detection project
* Lead the planning and execution of transformation activities
* Support the development of new training materials for staff to adapt to process changes
* Experience across organizational change management methods, principles, and practices (e.g. ADKAR/PROSCI)
* Demonstrated experience with end-to-end project management of complex, cross-functional projects and teams
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Ability to navigate and drive projects forward through ambiguity
* Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension
* Requires a resource 3 days a week, may be increased to 5 days per week if suitable for the candidate
