Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurse with previous Breast Care Nursing experience to work in the Medical Day Treatment Unit at Young.

Key Responsibilities Include
* Application of advanced breast cancer knowledge and skills
* Care coordination for people diagnosed with breast cancer
* Promotion of interdisciplinary breast care
* Patient focused supportive care
* Act as a breast cancer resource person
* Satisfy the requirements of the McGrath Foundation
Our Team Requires Someone Who Has
* Qualifications in cancer nursing- Breast care qualification or working towards are highly regarded.
* Proven experience as a registered nurse working with cancer patients and families/carers.
* High-level awareness of applying advanced knowledge of health needs, preferences, and circumstances of women with breast cancer to optimise outcomes across the continuum of care.
* Demonstrated knowledge of theory and recent research relevant to the field of breast cancer nursing.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach.
* This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check prior to appointment.
