A role you will love
We are seeking experienced customer service professionals with high attention to detail for our customer call centre in Melbourne. You will be the first point of contact for customers who phone, email or make online queries regarding their accounts. Your main responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers with varying needs, following set processes and using your exceptional rapport-building skills and professionalism.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities May Include
* Respond to phone, email and webchat enquiries from customers with the aim of exceeding customer expectations at every interaction
* First call resolution through adherence to process
* Identify and support customers with complex needs and refer them to appropriate support services
* Drive customer satisfaction through provision of quality service to our internal and external clients
* Actively participate in team discussions, meetings, and other team forums to impart knowledge and ideas that result in team decisions
* Be engaged in own development and identify areas for improvement
* Continuously look for improvement opportunities focused on productivity, quality and timely production for each service provided
