Job Description:
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to create and implement a wide range of menus for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. This includes preparing nutritious meals, purees, and catering to dietary requirements for babies and children. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations effectively, including stock rotation, budgeting, and shopping.
In addition, the selected candidate will ensure high standards of food safety and supervision are maintained in accordance with relevant authorities and Green Leaves policies. They will also mentor a junior staff member in a professional environment to deliver exceptional service quality.
