In this permanent role, you will lead and define eCommerce strategy for our Dairy, Infant Milk Formula, and Adult Nutrition categories in ANZ. You will collaborate with RGM Lead and Sales Leaders to align eCommerce within the ANZ Danone business.Your Responsibilities:Channel Strategy Development: Lead eCommerce strategy development and deployment across ANZ markets for most of the Danone categories and collaborate with global stakeholders to leverage channel strategy inputs.Customer Engagement: Collaborate with key customers (WW, Coles, CWH, FSNI, WWNZ, Amazon Costco) across ANZ Market along with NAM/KAM team to drive eCommerce growth.Business Planning & Delivery: Lead annual eCommerce business planning, ensure cross-functional alignment for omni-channel customers, execute plans, and track performance against goals.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of two eCommerce managers, ensuring effective performance and growth (1 direct report, 1 indirect report).About youYou are a visionary eCommerce leader with account management experience and a passion for driving digital transformation in the CPG industry. Your exceptional communication and organisational skills empower you to engage seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels. You are adaptable, quick to learn, and thrive in dynamic environments, always ready to contribute your expertise and innovative ideas.Ideally, you will have:Over 5 years of eCommerce experience in the CPG industry (Head of eCommerce, eCommerce National Account Manager) with a proven track record of increasing online market share.Account management experience and strong business acumen.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Proven team leadership capabilities.Established relationships with eCommerce teams of ANZ customers (preferred).Experience managing Amazon accounts (preferred).A tertiary qualification, preferably in Business or Marketing (preferred).About DanoneAt Danone, we aim to inspire healthier and more sustainable eating and drinking practices, in line with our Vision - Danone, One Planet.
