**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including:
* Assisting Partners with work prioritization and management of correspondence
* Preparing accurate client engagement documentation and supporting Partners with presentations, reports, and written documentation
* Supporting the month-end billing process and credit card/account reconciliation
* Travel bookings and travel management
* Data entry and client data systems management
* Formatting client and internal documents
Additionally, you will identify ways to streamline systems and enhance internal processes, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASIC and ATO lodgements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Prior experience in a similar role within an Australian public practice accounting firm
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (CAS360 would be advantageous)
