**Your recent role**
Reporting into the General Manager, you will assist with:
- Project and general administration for the team.
- Coordination of meetings/events.
- Diary management.
- Putting together quotes and proposals for clients. This includes tender administration.
- Assisting the marketing team with marketing materials.
- Invoicing clients.
- Ad hoc project administration duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working as a team administrator, executive assistant or project administrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player attitude.
- Ability to prioritise and organise effectively.
- Customer services orientated.
- Great organisational skills.
