**The Role**:
- Help manage a small portfolio or take on your own if you're ready
- Entry and Exit Inspections and Reporting
- Routine inspections
- Rental reviews
- Arrears management
- Maintenance
- Bond disposals/ final bond reports
- Tribunal attendance and preparation of court documents
- Landlord and Tenant liaison
- Leasing
- Water Invoicing

- CURRENT Certificate of registration - essential
- 6 months of experience in Property Management
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Well-presented
- Valid driver's license
