The Bellbowrie Tavern is on the hunt for energetic Casual Cooks to join our busy kitchen team. We are looking for reliable individuals who thrive in a fast‐paced, bistro‐style pub environment and can maintain high standards during peak service periods. You will need to be a team player with a "can‐do" attitude and the ability to pump out quality meals under pressure. High availability is essential, as shifts will cover a rotating roster across days, weekends, and public holidays. A Day In The Life Of a Cook
* Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You have experience working as part of a team in a fast paced, bistro‐style kitchen
* You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes
* You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
