**The Opportunity**
Located in Dandenong and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, The objective of the Office Manager is to provide timely, proactive administrative support and customer service to the operations of the contact centre and the contract leadership team.
This role is varied and dynamic, from supporting the Work Health and Safety obligations to maintaining security and compliance reporting, this is not your average admin role. You will work closely with the Contact Centre Leadership team and be a critical to ensuring the day-to-day operations of the centre run smoothly. This position will allow you to grow and will keep you engaged as you uphold and inspire a centre of excellence reputation.
**About You**:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role or similar role within a contact centre environment is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to build and maintain credible relationships across the business
- Positive 'can do' attitude
