Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct physical, mobility, and functional assessments
* Develop and implement tailored treatment, rehabilitation, and pain-management plans
* Provide mobility training, balance programs, and reablement therapies
* Collaborate with nurses, Occupational Therapists, and care staff to deliver resident-centred care
* Support residents' independence, safety, and overall quality of life
What We're Looking For:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* 1+ years' experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with a compassionate, resident-focused approach
