Provide business support to the Industry Advisory and Mining Concierge team, where you will provide timely, effective and high-level administrative, coordination and related support services for the team.
* Full time temporary assignment from 23 February until 30 June 2026
* Clerk Grade 5/6, Salary range $99,938pa - $110,271pa
* Location - Maitland, other NSW DPIRD office locations may be considered

Key functions of the role include;
* Delivery of high quality administrative and case management support
* Preparing correspondence and documents
* Coordinating stakeholder meetings, workflows and diaries through agendas, minutes and communication.
This role also involves overseeing small projects, improving business processes, and ensuring timely handling of correspondence, briefs and operational tasks. Additionally, it provides essential business support services in line with organisational policies and priorities.
To be successful in the role you will have;
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
* Strong time management and negotiation skills to establish realistic timeframes while balancing diverse stakeholder needs across business units.
* Demonstrated capacity to work independently and respond effectively to unforeseen challenges.
* Relevant experience in administrative roles within government or large organisational settings.
