About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Data Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring financial precision through meticulous data entry and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry and management of accounts payable and receivable
* Accounts reconciliation and review
* Banking inquiries and payments
* Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
* Preparing and processing payments and expense claims
* Month end time charging and journal entries
* General ledger reconciliation and fixed asset register maintenance
* Providing support for audits and account administration
Requirements:

* You will have experience in a similar role with excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
* You will possess strong organisational and time management skills, as well as good oral communication
* You will have a high level of expertise with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
