Hiring: Mortgage Broker (Loan Writer) – Australia
Bannpeople is hiring on behalf of a leading mortgage advisory firm in Melbourne, Australia that is rapidly expanding its lending team.
We are looking for a high-performing Mortgage Broker who wants to focus purely on closing deals, not prospecting. If you thrive in a performance-driven environment and enjoy working on complex lending scenarios, this role is for you.
Location: Essendon, Melbourne (On-site)
Salary: AUD $90K – $120K + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $200K+)
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You'll Do
* Manage the loan process end-to-end from application to settlement
* Work closely with property and finance teams to deliver seamless lending solutions
* Structure deals involving SMSF, trusts, and property investors
* Work across a wide panel of lenders including major and second-tier lenders
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years experience in mortgage broking / loan writing
* Cert IV & Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (mandatory)
* Experience with SMSF lending and complex structures
* Hands‐on experience with ApplyOnline and LoanApp / Simpology
* Proven performance – $3M+ monthly settlements and 100+ career deals
