Program Lead – Consumer Transformation Team

As Program Lead, you'll support the Consumer Tribe with program management activities, delivering strategic and regulatory projects that impact millions. You'll work closely with leaders and teams to prioritise, govern, and provide updates on initiatives, using your storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills to drive outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Oversee program management activities for the Consumer Tribe, supporting delivery of strategic and regulatory projects
* Communicate program updates, priorities, and progress through compelling storytelling and clear reporting
* Manage stakeholder engagement across leadership teams in Insurance, building strong relationships and routines
* Run program cadences, ensuring attention to detail and alignment with business objectives
* Support onboarding, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement across the Consumer Tribe
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance claims and/or financial services, plus 3 years in program or project delivery
* Background in insurance and technology, with hands‑on experience using Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver actionable insights
* Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills, including experience working with senior leaders
* Effective communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex information for diverse audiences
* Understanding of delivery frameworks and program oversight in a dynamic, supportive environment
