Our client is looking for a full-time Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join their New Truck Sales & Pre-Delivery departments in Coopers Plains.
No previous industry experience is required - just a motivated, results-driven attitude
What they are looking for:
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results
- Confidence in leading a small team
- Current driver's license with a clean driving history
- Proactive and adaptable attitude
- Experience with basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A Heavy Vehicle Driver's License or willingness to obtain one is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating vehicle transportation and bookings
- Managing daily work schedules for in-house drivers
- Updating sales staff on delivery status
- Data entry into internal systems
- Preparing vehicles and documentation for registration
