Our Customer Service Team is the first point of contact to our AutoGlass customers. The best thing about this role is that you will be supported by a team of experienced leaders who will provide guided training and coaching on the job, to set you up for success.
**About the Role**:
- Provide support to the Branch manager and the running of the branch
- Effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
- Undertake repair inspections on vehicles
- Explore customer needs and educate on our full scope of services

- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in fast paced workplace
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
