About the Role:
* You will manage a portfolio of Preferred suppliers and support them in growing their business with Capricorn members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support to Suppliers using the system.
* Reconcile accounts for Suppliers not yet on the system.
* Assist Suppliers with queries and resolve issues efficiently.
What You Need:
* A solid understanding of accounting principles is essential.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
* At least one year of experience in customer service roles where communication and problem-solving were key.
* Prior experience with account reconciliation in high-accuracy service environments is an advantage.
