About This Role
This exciting opportunity is to join our team as a Portfolio Value Lead. You will be responsible for driving value delivery across our project portfolio, working closely with both the EPMO and Transformation Office.
As a key member of our team, you will work on enhancing our value realisation framework, validating benefits and assumptions in partnership with Finance, and ensuring execution plans are robust. You will also track and report on benefit realisation, providing actionable insights that shape strategic decisions and maximise investment returns.
Your responsibilities will include managing and continuously improving the benefit realisation components of the framework, establishing the validation, review, tracking and reporting capability for benefits and assumptions across the initiative lifecycle, and establishing a process for ensuring benefits and ongoing costs are reflected accurately in business planning cycles.
You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders from across the company to educate them on the process and templates, and provide coaching and guidance to uplift capability and commercial acumen.
Additionally, you will manage, improve and simplify the base financial model that supports investment decision making and the cost tracker that supports ongoing financial management throughout the life of the project.
You will support financial and non-financial benefit identification, validation and commercial inputs into business cases and transformation initiative decisions. You will also work with the broader EPMO team to develop automated reporting to support business decisions across ELT, Investment Committee and Transformation Office.
