Are you a results-driven sales professional with a talent for building relationships and guiding customers through significant life decisions? Levande is seeking a Sales Professional to join our team at our established Somerton Park Community, with opportunities to also contribute to the success of our new developments across South Australia.
In this role, you'll support prospective residents and their families as they transition into a Levande retirement community. Your consultative sales expertise and commitment to exceptional service will directly contribute to increasing occupancy and enriching the lives of older Australians.

What You'll Do
* Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective residents and their families.
* Deliver a 'world-class' customer experience by following Levande's structured sales process.
* Achieve sales volume targets in line with approved budgets.
* Convert enquiries into settlements, minimising cancellations and reducing time from sign-off to settlement.
* Monitor and respond to local market trends and competitor activity.
* Support sales and marketing initiatives for new communities, including events and promotional activities.
* Represent Levande with professionalism, integrity, and adherence to compliance and WHS standards.
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' relevant industry experience, including new development off-the-plan sales.
* Proven success in face-to-face consultative sales.
* Appropriate sales licensing credentials (as required).
* Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
* High level of integrity and application of ethical sales principles.
* Professional presentation and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded).
* Retirement living, aged care, or residential property sales experience.
* Background in financial services, business development, or high-value consumer sales.
