FULL TIME RESTAURANT MANAGERSkill/Experience RequiredFlexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic setting.Proven experience in a fast-paced and large restaurant or similar dining environment for at least 1 year.Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent minimumCreating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.Willing to learn attitude.Experience implementing and upholding company policies and standardsA high level of Vietnamese/Asian food & beverage knowledge, and the ability to spark engaging conversations with our fantastic customersStrong leadership and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.Duties/ResponsibilitiesManaging the front of house teamTraining and mentoring your team to foster their personal development and career progressionEnsuring a successful, profitable and consistent operation of the restaurant and barEstablishing relationships with both front of house and back of house teamRestaurant administrative and reporting functionsReport directly to Director on venue performanceMaintain food permits, and all compliance documents, including food registration/OH&S - annual inspection/auditConduct staff performance reviews and final weekly sales spreadsheet checks (wages, cash, invoices, and costs)Develop strategies to maximize revenue, spend per head, and overall profitabilityGenerate sales leads and contribute to the sales systemMaintain strong communication with the kitchen and marketing departmentsEnsure food & beverage quality control measures are consistently upheld and work with the Head Chef on improvement action plansManage systems & manuals to standardize operationsOversee venue maintenance management and budgetingFULL TIME WAITERPosition DescriptionDeliver friendly, prompt, and attentive service to every guestOffer knowledgeable menu recommendationsHandle orders efficiently and accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization in dining areasWork closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth serviceSkill and Experience required for this roleMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar roleA hands-on approach and be guest-focusedDemonstrate a passion for providing memorable experiences for our guestsBe willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guests' expectationsA keen eye for detail and a strong work ethicExceptional organizational and time management skillsThe ability to take direction and also work autonomouslyThe flexibility to work weekends and public holidaysReady to join Pho Viet?
