We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our already established and people-first public practice in Albury.
About the Role: Assist with set ups of companies and trusts. Manage job flow and provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders. Prepare client files and workpapers. Liaise with the ATO and other relevant authorities regularly. Handle ASIC matters confidently and diligently. Coordinate client meetings and take minutes. Identify operational process inefficiencies, develop & implement policies and procedures. Assist with reception duties and other administrative tasks. About You: Must have at least 3 years of prior work experience in the Accounting or Financial industry. Proven client liaison and administrative skills. Experience working in a people-focused and collaborative team culture. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Passionate about continuous learning and acquiring new skills. Tenacious and committed to developing within the role. Must have the legal rights to live and work in Australia. It is essential that the applicant demonstrates a general aptitude for the position, tasks, and responsibilities.
