Key Responsibilities:
Scrub/Scout Nurses:
* Assist across a variety of surgical procedures, maintaining strict sterile techniques
* Manage instruments and equipment efficiently to support safe, seamless procedures
* Ensure perioperative documentation is accurate and complete
Anaesthetic Nurses:
* Prepare patients and equipment for anaesthetic procedures
* Monitor patients pre, during, and post anaesthesia
* Work closely with anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, high-quality care
About You:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in either a scrub/scout or anaesthetic nursing role
* Sound understanding of ACORN standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols
* Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
* Postgraduate qualifications in perioperative nursing (or working towards) highly regarded
* A collaborative and compassionate approach to patient care
* Passionate about professional development and contributing to a high-performing team
