* Demonstrated expertise in performance management and disciplinary processes, including investigations, grievance handling, and interpretation of awards and enterprise agreements (a core focus of this role).
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR practices, with the confidence to provide pragmatic, compliant advice.
* A confident stakeholder management style, enabling you to influence and support operational leaders at all levels.

The Team & Culture

* Fast‐paced and hands‐on, with exposure to a broad range of HR matters.

* Committed to delivering high‐quality service and practical outcomes for internal stakeholders.
