$80k + Super + Commission
Uncapped commission structure
On-site role, transitioning to hybrid after 3–6 months
Based in Ingleburn
Candidate profile
* Driven sales professional with experience meeting KPIs and revenue targets
* Confident phone communicator able to qualify and convert inbound leads
* Background in product-based sales, ideally within construction, design, or specification-led environments
* Comfortable engaging with builders, designers, and key stakeholders
* Commercially minded with the ability to maintain sustainable profit margins
* Motivated to grow long-term within a high-performance, supportive team
The role
* Manage and qualify inbound sales leads
* Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline
* Conduct phone and email outreach following structured lead research
* Understand product applications and basic installation requirements
* Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
* Manage key customer relationships and repeat business
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful sales outcomes
* Represent the business at trade events, lunch & learns, and industry activities
